Playing Schedule:
AM/PM Wave will be posted about 2 weeks before tournament.
Full schedule will be posted on AES as soon as it is completed – normally a few days before the tournament.
As always, schedule will be subject to change for typos, teams dropping out, etc. After it is posted, please check for updates as late as Saturday morning of tournament.
Rosters:
All BayouRVA sanctioned events are required to use rosters for all participating teams. Only USAV members listed on the roster may participate in the event. Southern Pride will accept printed rosters only – hand written rosters will not be allowed. Coach must print their most updated AES Southern Pride roster, bring it with them to tournament and present to ref before the beginning of each match. It is their responsibility to have it in their possession at all times. Only AES Southern Pride rosters will be accepted for Southern Pride.
Important Notices:
No outside food or drink are allowed in gyms.
Concession stand will be open and food/drink will be available to purchase at all gyms.
Bring your folding chair to Alario Center to assure you have a seat.
