Check AES for schedule updates periodically, even as late as Saturday morning.
Coach must present their most updated printed AES Governor’s Games roster to ref before the beginning of each match. Handwritten copies will not be accepted. Schedule must be a printed AES Governor’s Games roster and must include players uniform # or they will not be allowed to participate. We don’t have the ability to print rosters at each site so be sure you remember to bring it. And if you have any changes you need to make to your roster, do so asap as you won’t be able to update them on AES after Friday night.
Teams scheduled to play at Alario Center and Hilton should be aware that chairs are limited there.
Folding chairs are allowed at Alario and Hilton and we strongly suggest that you bring your own to assure you have a seat.
Please know the rules below regarding folding chairs and food/drink availability at your playing venue.

I-10 exit at Clearview Pkwy “South” / Huey P. Long Bridge
Continue Clearview Pkwy & cross the Huey P. Long Bridge
Immediately after crossing bridge follow signs for 90 West {2nd right}
{which runs right along side the Huey P. Long “train” bridge}
Continue on 90 West and follow signs to the Westbank Expressway {90 East}
You will come to a Stop Sign – Go straight at stop sign and onto the Westbank Expressway {90 East}
Continue on Westbank Expressway to 1st light at Segnette Blvd.
Turn right on Segnette Blvd. to the Bayou Segnette Sports Complex and “Alario Center”
Alario has limited seating. Folding chairs are allowed and we strongly suggest you bring your own to assure you have seat.
No outside food allowed. Their concession stand will be open.
Important Note:
The Alario is a State of Louisiana Building and is run by the Super Dome Commission and has the same rules and regulations as the Super Dome.
1. Outside food, drink, coffee and water are “not allowed” to be brought into the Alario Center. {You can bring in an empty water bottle and fill it with tap water once inside}.
2. All players, coaches, parents and spectators will have to pass through a “scanner” when entering the building.
3. Also, all “bags will be checked”.

The Hilton Riverside Hotel has 2 different parking lots.
Park, if you can, in the Hilton “Grage” Self-Parking Lot.
If not, park in Outside Open “Whale” Paring Lot on Convention Center Blvd
I-10 toward downtown business district in New Orleans
Follow signs to 90 West “Business”-Westbank
Continue 90 West “Business -Westbank to Tchoupitoulas St./ South Peter St. Exit
Go straight after exiting – You will be on the Calliope St. service road.
Continue Calliope St. for 3 blocks to Convention Center Blvd.
Left on Convention Ctr. Blvd. for about 7 blocks to Girod
You will see a large whale painted on the side of the Hilton “Self-Parking” Garage on right
Slow down and make a sharp right turn onto the up-ramp of the self-parking garage
Take the Hilton “garage” elevator to the Health Club which is located on the 6th floor of parking garage.
If Hilton “Self-Parking Garage” is full, use the Outside Open “Whale” Parking Lot between Hilton Hotel and the Convention Center. Seating is limited at Hilton. Bring folding chair to assure you have a seat.

Gym is the building in back of the school.
Don’t park in lot on left in front of school as you enter.
Keep straight on driveway and park in lot on right side of gym toward back of school.
“No” folding chairs allowed at AOL {ample seating available}.
“No” outside food or drink allowed.
Concession stand will be open serving jambalaya, hamburgers, hot dogs, chili, nachos, water, soft drinks, snacks, etc.
