2025 Governor’s Game
February 15 & 16, 2025

Reminders:
1. Teams must show a copy of their most updated “AES Governor’s Games roster” to the ref before the beginning of each match.
All players and coaches must be listed on roster or they cannot participate.  No handwritten entries allowed – not even for uniform #’s.
AES Governor’s Games roster is the official roster for Governor’s Games.   Only“hard copies” of “AES Governor’s Games roster” will be accepted by ref – no phone copies.

2. Coach must pick up Gov. Games T-shirts on “Saturday” from the court manager at the gym where they are playing.
{Team may be playing at a different location on Sunday so be sure to get them Saturday.}

The full schedule will be posted on “AES” by the Wednesday before the tournament.
Check AES schedule periodically, even as late as Saturday morning of the tournament for any updates.
As always, schedule is subject to change if teams drop out, etc. Check for updates.

Also, coach must present their most updated printed AES Governor’s Games roster to ref before the beginning of each match.  Handwritten copies will not be accepted.  Schedule must be a printed AES Governor’s Games roster and must include players uniform # or they will not be allowed to participate.

We are playing at 3 different sites and don’t have the ability to print rosters at each site so be sure you remember to bring it.
And if you have any changes you need to make to your roster, do so asap as you won’t be able to update them on AES after Friday night.

Teams scheduled to play at Alario Center and Hilton should be aware that chairs are limited there.
Folding chairs are allowed at Alario & Hilton and we strong suggest that you bring your own to assure you have a seat.

The full schedule will be posted on AES as soon as it is completed, usually a couple of days before the tournament.
